Up-to-date Niagara is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead MEP preconstruction activities from pursuit through tender and handover. You will develop budgets, assess risks, and optimize constructability for complex projects, working with clients, consultants and trade partners.
You will provide technical leadership on mechanical and electrical building systems, coordinate BIM/VDC, and guide design development and estimates to position projects for successful execution.
