In this role, you will manage design aspects of complex highway projects, ensure compliance with Ontario's standards, and mentor junior staff. Create meaningful impact across projects in our Ontario offices, including Mississauga, Ottawa, or Thornhill.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the technical delivery of highway design projects
• Conduct assessments during site visits
• Develop alignments and perform quantity calculations
• Coordinate across disciplines for project success
• Review designs for quality assurance

Requirements:
• Civil Engineering degree or diploma
• 5–10 years in highway/roadway design
• P.Eng or CET designation preferred
• Familiarity with OpenRoads and design standards
• Valid G driver’s license is an asset
