Viral Nation is seeking a detail-oriented Invoicing Specialist to join our marketing team in Canada. You will manage the end-to-end invoice lifecycle for creators and influencers, ensuring invoices align with SOWs and are processed through HubSpot in a timely manner.
You will be the primary billing contact for creators and internal teams, verify payments, review invoices against SOWs, and produce reporting for management while upholding confidentiality and financial controls.
