Join Stonehenge's mission as a Support Worker in their Crisis Stabilization program. Provide crucial support for those in mental health and substance use crises.

In this full-time position, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to helping clients stabilize during crises and navigate their recovery journey. The Support Worker must have a strong background in social services and at least one year of hands-on experience. You will engage clients in defining wellness goals and coordinate services for their long-term wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support participants with personal goal achievement
• Develop risk management and crisis intervention plans
• Conduct room inspections and facilitate group support




• Navigate services and connect clients to essential resources
• Monitor client health and provide necessary documentation

Requirements:
• College diploma or university degree related to social services
• Minimum one year of experience in relevant roles
• Understanding of case management and crisis services
• Current First Aid/CPR Level C certification
• Ability to transport clients and good driving record
