Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Admissions and Scheduling teams
• Address escalated cases effectively and promptly
• Oversee transfer credit evaluations and criteria consistency
• Collaborate on academic scheduling and curriculum governance
• Ensure fairness in student appeals and integrity procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, master's is a plus
• At least five years in a registrar-related leadership role
• Strong supervisory experience in an academic setting
• Knowledge of academic policies and fairness standards
• Competence in various student information systems
