Be a key driver at Pratt & Whitney Canada as the Manager of Strategic Planning. Lead engine planning efforts on-site in Longueuil and ensure optimal service and product availability.

This pivotal role reports directly to the Senior Manager, guiding the PWCL planning team in achieving organizational objectives. You will leverage your industry expertise to make strategic decisions, ensuring alignment with rental and sales needs, while fostering collaboration and relationship-building within the network.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance communication of engine planning within sales teams
• Lead collaboration with production on current engine planning
• Develop value-driven approaches for engine delivery




• Monitor and maintain rental fleet serviceability
• Track maintenance events throughout their progression

Requirements:
• At least 8 years of experience with a relevant degree
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and PowerBI is an asset
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in uncertain environments
• Must be organized and proactive in team dynamics
