We're seeking an Evening Manufacturing Supervisor at our Mississauga Distribution Centre. Lead a dedicated team, enhance safety measures, and ensure production goals are met.
As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will oversee our evening shift operations while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. This full-time position reports to the Manufacturing Manager and involves leading automation technicians to achieve optimal production efficiency. You will focus on fostering a high-performance culture while guiding the team's development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise team to ensure daily operational success
• Drive customer satisfaction through quality control
• Maintain high Good Manufacturing Procedures standards
• Conduct training programs to enhance technical skills
• Manage adherence to the manufacturing budget
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Data-driven approach to operational improvements
• Valid certifications for Material Handling Equipment preferred
• Versatile to work varying shifts and overtime
