Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with carriers to manage freight requirements
• Collaborate with compliance to qualify current carriers
• Submit competitive rates promptly to customers




• Resolve customer issues and maintain excellent service
• Work closely with logistics team members for effective operations

Requirements:
• 1-3 years' experience in 3PL Brokerage
• 2+ years' transportation or logistics experience
• Sales or customer service experience is an asset
• Solid problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
