Qualifications

JD from an ABA‑approved law school

Passed and in Good Standing with the California State Bar

2+ years of Workers' Comp Defense Experience

Experience in trial and cross-examination preferred (but not required)

Experience with Depos

Understanding confidentiality requirements

Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
