• Act as the primary contact for HR guidance within business units • Lead the recruitment process and oversee onboarding initiatives • Mediate workplace disputes and document findings adequately • Conduct exit interviews to improve retention strategies • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar field • At least 5 years of HR experience, focusing on business partnership • Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus • Strong knowledge of HR legislation and best practices • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment
