Alendel is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Toronto office.

The Customer Service Representative will support customers, process orders, and work closely with sales representatives and internal departments to ensure timely, accurate, and professional service.

This is an in-office position based at our Toronto, Ontario head office.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and orders by phone, email, and other communication channels

Process customer orders accurately and on time

Use company software systems for customer communication, order entry, and follow-up

Provide accurate information on products, stock, pricing, and order status

Coordinate with sales representatives on pricing, promotions, product availability, and customer needs

Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalates issues when needed

Maintain accurate customer and order information in the system

Work with the warehouse team to support order shipments

Provide product knowledge and support throughout the customer order process

Share customer feedback to support service improvement and issue resolution

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

French language skills are an asset

Minimum of three years of customer service experience is preferred

Experience handling customer inquiries through phone queues is an asset

College diploma, equivalent education, or higher is preferred





Robust attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach

Comfortable learning and using company software systems

Availability and Scheduling

Monday to Friday availability is required

Normal working hours may include one of the following shifts:

Dental and vision care

Extended health care
