**Part-Time Front Desk / Care Advocate

North Vancouver Chiropractic is looking for a warm, organized, energetic, and dependable Part-Time Front Desk Care Advocate to join our growing team.

This is a patient-facing role for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, creating an exceptional experience, and helping a busy clinic run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Warmly welcome and check in patients
- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments using Jane
- Process payments and provide receipts
- Help patients schedule their recommended future appointments
- Support current patients through their first-visit experience
- Assist with patient reactivation and follow-up calls
- Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
- Help keep the front desk and patient areas organized and welcoming
- Support smooth patient flow throughout the clinic
- Assist the doctor and team with day-to-day clinic operations
- Protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times

Previous reception, customer service, healthcare, or clinic experience is an asset, but attitude, communication skills, reliability, and willingness to learn are especially significant to us.

Position Details

Position: Part-Time Front Desk Care Advocate

Location: North Vancouver Chiropractic, North Vancouver, BC

Schedule: Part-time with the opportunity for additional hours as the clinic grows

Starting Wage: $19–$22/hour, depending on experience

Start Date: As soon as possible
