Our client is looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join their collaborative team and support an established book of commercial business. This is a relationship-focused role offering variety, autonomy, and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

Manage and service an establishedcommercial book of business

Handle new business, endorsements, renewals, and annual risk reviews

Assist with remarketing and coverage solutions

Liaise with clients, producers, underwriters, and insurance carriers

Assist with claims and resolve client service needs

Maintain accurate account information using PowerBroker and Applied EPIC

Identify and support new business opportunities

Requirements

2+ years of Commercial Insurance and/or Underwriting experience

RIBO license preferred, or willingness to obtain

Strong understanding of commercial risks

Strong organization and attention to detail

Confident communication and client service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Local knowledge of Owen Sound and surrounding businesses is an asset

Compensation & Benefits

$48,537–$75,000, based on experience

Commission on new business and renewals
