You will develop comprehensive nutrition plans and conduct community workshops, all while maintaining a focus on safety and excellence. Travel may be required to reach northern First Nations communities for direct client care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and address individual nutritional needs for diabetes care
• Develop and implement teaching programs for diabetes management
• Conduct community workshops on nutritional education




• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to foster optimal client health
• Maintain clinic statistics and client records accurately

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Nutrition
• Registration or eligibility with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
• Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) preferred or commitment to obtain
• Robust collaboration and communication abilities
• Willing to travel for community engagement
