McElhanney is seeking an HSE Advisor to champion safety across Vancouver and Vancouver Island regions. You will collaborate with project managers and regional leaders to integrate health, safety, and environmental excellence into daily operations and help drive continuous improvement of the HSE Management System.
You will travel to offices and project sites, develop training content, and provide coaching to staff to ensure secure project delivery while supporting a safe work culture.
