Become a key player at Community Living British Columbia as a Facilitator based in Kamloops. In this important role, you'll work hybrid to support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their objectives.

As an auxiliary assignment, you will be engaged for 70 hours every two weeks, providing essential support to clients and their families. You'll assess unique needs, coordinate various services, and help individuals connect with community resources. Your expertise will ensure that clients are empowered to live meaningful and self-directed lives through tailored support plans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Help clients access generic and CLBC-funded services
• Assist families in outlining necessary activities
• Convey information on community and peer support services




• Partner with providers to manage crises
• Create customized support plans for clients

Requirements:
• Preference for candidates with a Bachelor of Social Work
• Experience working with developmental disability communities
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to apply sound judgment in planning
• Valid class 5 driver's license and clean abstract required
