Your role will involve responding to incidents, resolving performance issues, and overseeing security threats. You will mentor junior staff and collaborate with vendors to address complex technical issues using your cPanel/WHM knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle real-time incidents affecting production infrastructure
• Quickly identify and fix performance issues
• Address security incidents like phishing and malware
• Configure, provision,



and decommission servers
• Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot effectively

Requirements:
• 5+ years in Linux system administration
• Experience with cPanel/WHM in production environments
• Familiarity with firewalls and monitoring tools
• Bonus for knowledge of scripting languages
• Excellent communication skills in English or French
