HORSE CARE & RIDING POSITION – ST. MARYS, ONTARIO AREA

We are looking for a reliable, experienced horse person to help with our horses on a part-time basis.

This could be a outstanding opportunity for someone who loves working with horses and is interested in a position that includes both hands-on horse care and riding.

Responsibilities may include:

- Riding and exercising horses
- Groundwork and handling
- Turnout and bringing horses in
- Cleaning stalls/paddocks and general horse care
- Giving daily vitamins/supplements
- Grooming and bathing/washing horses
- Mane and tail care, including braiding
- Helping keep horses and their areas clean and organized
- Potentially preparing horses for and attending shows

A big bonus would be someone who:

- Has solid riding and groundwork experience
- Is comfortable working independently with horses




- Could provide beginner riding lessons for children and/or adults
- Has experience preparing horses for shows or showing horses
- Is patient, dependable and confident around horses

Our goal is to find someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with horses and takes pride in their care. St. Marys, Ontario area

Part-time – schedule/hours can be discussed
