Fit4Less Region Manager is based in Ontario, preferably in the GTA, with clubs and travel outside the base area expected. You will lead a team of club managers to run financially healthy clubs focused on clean, friendly and automated experiences for members and associates.
Responsibilities include ensuring daily and monthly operational standards, coaching staff, handling member concerns, and coordinating with IT for facilities.
