Key Responsibilities Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear insights into campaign effectiveness, KPIs, and ROI.
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within marketing data to inform strategic decisions.
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign elements, landing pages, and user journeys.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment on reporting metrics.




Provide actionable recommendations for improving campaign targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
2-5 years of experience in performance marketing, analytics, or a related data-focused role.
Proficiency with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, metrics, and terminology.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with statistical analysis or modeling are highly desirable.
