As a Service Advisor with Jim Pattison Auto Group, you will be the main liaison for Service customers, helping to address their vehicle needs effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist Service customers with their inquiries
• Handle incoming calls with professionalism and clarity
• Document vehicle issues on Repair Orders thoroughly




• Create detailed service quotes and secure approvals
• Keep customers informed about their vehicle’s service progress

Requirements:
• Hold a valid BC Driver’s license with a clean record
• Prior experience in the automotive service field is a plus
• Knowledge of CDK One-Eighty software beneficial
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
