Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily therapeutic recreation services for residents
• Conduct assessments to tailor recreation programs
• Design and implement engaging activities for seniors
• Communicate recreation opportunities effectively with staff




• Ensure department compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field
• At least three years’ experience with senior populations
• Certifications in wellness interventions are an asset
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Current CPR/First Aid certification and VPS screening
