As part of the Finance team at Arconas, your analytical expertise will help shape our financial strategies. You’ll be responsible for preparing financial statements, supporting month-end processes, and conducting critical performance analyses. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements and analyses
• Support year-end close and audit processes




• Process payroll and intercompany transactions
• Assist in budgeting and bank covenant reporting

Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years progressive accounting experience
• Advanced knowledge of financial reporting principles
• Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables and data analysis
• Manufacturing environment experience is an asset
