This role is integral to managing and enhancing the company's public image through strategic media outreach and effective communication. You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, building relationships with media professionals, and securing positive press coverage. This position is based in our Kimberley office, offering a collaborative workspace and direct interaction with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute public relations plans to promote the company and its initiatives.
Write and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and bloggers.
Secure media placements in relevant print, broadcast, and online outlets.
Monitor media coverage and track PR campaign effectiveness.




Assist with the planning and execution of media events and press conferences.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations or media relations.
Proven success in securing media coverage and managing publicity campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong pitching abilities.
Familiarity with media databases and PR tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
