• Oversee compliance audits and HRIS data integrity

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business
• 3-5 years of relevant HR or Total Rewards experience
• Familiarity with Excel and Workday HRIS
• Strong communication and case management skills
• CCP or similar designation preferred
