About the Role Our client is seeking a motivated and skilled E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow their online sales channels. This fully remote role is crucial for enhancing our client's digital footprint and driving direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales for their FMCG products. You will be responsible for optimizing product listings, managing online storefronts, coordinating digital marketing efforts, and analyzing sales performance to achieve ambitious growth targets. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while contributing significantly to the company's online commercial success.
Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms (e.g., own website, third-party marketplaces).
Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales volume and conversion rates.
Coordinate with digital marketing teams to drive traffic to e-commerce channels through paid advertising and organic efforts.
Analyze e-commerce sales data, website analytics, and customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities.




Ensure a seamless online customer experience, from browsing to checkout and post-purchase support.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as an E-commerce Specialist or similar role, ideally within the FMCG sector.
