In this full-time role, you'll assess and develop individualized care plans for patients requiring infusion therapy. Ensure the safety and comfort of patients while monitoring treatment efficacy and educating them on procedures. Utilize your leadership skills to foster a collaborative work environment, provide staff mentorship, and implement quality improvement initiatives that promote operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute secure venous access procedures and infusion therapy
• Assess and monitor patient responses to treatments
• Create and implement personalized patient care strategies
• Mentor new staff and conduct performance evaluations
• Lead quality improvement initiatives in the unit
Requirements:
• Associate's degree in Nursing required
• At least 1 year of leadership experience preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) license mandatory
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Strong clinical and communication skills essential
