Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to join a high-growth technology startup with a collaborative and rapid-paced culture. Reporting to the Director, AMER Field Marketing, this role will work closely with two Field Marketing Managers supporting Canada and the Communications, Media, Entertainment & Gaming (CMEG) team.

The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive marketing professional who enjoys coordinating events, managing operational tasks, and working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the execution of field marketing activities across Canada and CMEG, including:
- Webinars
- Workshops
- Large-scale in-person events
- Executive events
- Third-party sponsorships
- Own and support key marketing operations and execution tasks.
- Assist in creating and maintaining sales enablement materials.
- Support pre- and post-event reporting, tracking, and communications.
- Manage and maintain regular sales communication cadences.
- Support procurement processes and budget tracking.
- Document program deliverables,



processes, and best practices to ensure programs are scalable and repeatable.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth event execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and workflows.

Required Qualifications

- New graduate to 3 years of experience in marketing, event marketing, field marketing, or a related area.
- Internship experience in B2B marketing, event marketing, SaaS, or enterprise software will be considered.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and provide feedback on existing processes.
- Toronto/GTA location preferred.
- Willingness to travel for events when required.

Ideal Candidate

A highly organized and detail-oriented early-career marketing professional with exposure to B2B/enterprise technology marketing and events, strong Excel/Google Workspace skills, and an interest in growing within field marketing
