We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Power Platform & GenAI Developer to design and develop intelligent business applications, automate enterprise workflows, and implement AI-powered solutions.

The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Microsoft Copilot Studio, LLMs, prompt engineering, API integrations, and SQL Server . This role will involve working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop business applications using Power Apps , including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate .
- Develop dashboards and business solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Design and implement Generative AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI GPT, Claude, and other LLM technologies.
- Develop AI assistants, chatbots, and AI-powered workflow automation solutions.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimize LLM outputs for business use cases.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications through REST APIs, web services, and connectors .
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Views, and database functions.




- Design data models and integrate solutions with SQL Server, Dataverse, SharePoint, and cloud data sources .
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Implement security, governance, performance optimization, and development best practices.
- Contribute to the adoption of AI and automation across enterprise business processes.
