We are looking for a Senior Integration Developer to support a critical Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM deployment and deliver a new onboarding/offboarding identity integration between Oracle Fusion HCM, Microsoft Entra ID, and on-premises Active Directory .

? Toronto, ON | Hybrid – 2 days onsite

? Up to $85/hour

? ASAP Start | 3-Month Contract + Possible Extension

✅ Must-Have Experience

- Solid experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD identity lifecycle management
- Strong experience integrating Oracle Fusion HCM with identity platforms
- Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills
- Experience with SCIM-based provisioning
- Strong understanding of HR onboarding/offboarding workflows
- Experience designing data transformation and integration pipelines
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge-transfer skills

⭐ Nice to Have

- Oracle Fusion ERP implementation experience
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or Azure Automation
- Familiarity with legacy Oracle DB integration logic
- Knowledge of IAM governance and best practices
- Azure certifications are an asset
