Project Manager / Delivery Manager who already has experience in software development and is ready to take the next step into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate software development projects.

- Manage timelines, scope, resources, risks, and dependencies.

- Track project progress and ensure delivery commitments are met.

- Collaborate closely with

Engineering, Product, QA, and Business teams

.

- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and drive their resolution.

- Organize and facilitate project meetings and Agile ceremonies.

- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

- Prepare project status reports, risk updates, and delivery forecasts.

- Support resource and capacity planning.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management and delivery processes.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in

Project Management within a software development environment.

- Proven experience managing software projects end-to-end.





- Positive understanding of the

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

.

- Strong knowledge of

Agile and Scrum methodologies

.

- Experience with project planning, estimation, risk management, and dependency management.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

- Strong communication, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working closely with Engineering and Product teams.

- Professional working proficiency in

English and Ukrainian

.

- Ability to work on-site in

Montreal 3 days per week

.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with software, cloud platforms, IoT, or connected devices

.

- B2B or enterprise software experience.

- Experience working with international or distributed teams.

- Technical or QA background.

- PMP, Scrum, Agile

, or related certifications.
