We're expanding one of our fastest-growing divisions and looking for an experienced 360 recruiter who wants to build a serious book of business alongside some of the strongest recruiters in the country.

The role

- Identify and develop new business opportunities,



positioning Harbinger Network as the recruitment partner of choice for prospective clients
- Build and grow your own portfolio of client relationships
- Leverage our existing client database & lead generation to accelerate your pipeline
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver qualified candidates
- Draw on internal resources and team support to fill vacancies efficiently
- Collaborate with the broader team to match the right candidates to the right roles
- Support your business development efforts with social media outreach and marketing activity to build your personal brand and pipeline
