Title: Senior Analyst, Regional Information Management and Research

Salary: $91,172 - $107,261 - $123,351 per year (pay range explained below)

Contract: Term – 2 Years

Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm Mon-Fri (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)

Location: Kamloops, BC, located on the unceded ancestral territory of the Secwépemc Nation – Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy.

About The Role As the Senior Analyst, Regional Information Management and Research, you will provide leadership in information governance, data stewardship, and regional information management practices that support community priorities and organizational goals. Working collaboratively with regional teams, First Nations, and community partners, you will foster trusted relationships and ensure that information and data initiatives are grounded in community needs, cultural safety, and shared decision-making principles.

You will serve as a bridge between technical requirements and operational realities, guiding the development of governance frameworks, reporting approaches, and information management practices that strengthen accountability, transparency, and informed decision-making.



A key aspect of the role involves supporting regional capacity-building in data governance and information stewardship, while ensuring alignment with OCAP principles, privacy obligations, and FNHA strategic priorities. Through relationship-centered leadership and collaboration, you will help advance sustainable and community-informed information governance across the region.

About You To be successful in this position, you bring strong expertise in information governance, data stewardship, and the ability to translate complex information into meaningful insights that support decision-making and community priorities. You understand the importance of building and maintaining respectful, trusted relationships with First Nations, regional teams, and community partners, and you approach your work through a lens of collaboration, partnership, and shared accountability.

You have experience supporting governance and capacity-building initiatives that empower communities and organizations to strengthen their information management practices while upholding OCAP principles and privacy standards. You are recognized for your ability to navigate diverse perspectives, facilitate meaningful engagement, and balance strategic priorities with community needs. Your strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills enable you to advance responsive, culturally informed, and governance-focused approaches to information management and research.

Education, Training And Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or information technology or a related field.
- 5-7 years of significant, recent and relevant experience in enterprise-scale projects.
- Proven experience in translating technical requirements into clear, accessible information for both technical and non-technical audiences.




- Experience in working successfully with First Nations communities and First Nations health programs and services.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.

Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.

The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
