What You’ll Do:

- Lead the development of new features and enhancements in our React Native applications for iOS and Android.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, backend, QA) to translate business requirements into high-quality, maintainable code.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-tested Type Script/Java Script code following best practices and coding standards.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and cloud services into mobile apps.
- Optimize app performance, memory usage, and responsiveness.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the mobile stack.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for React Native builds and deployments.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering excellence.
- Build and maintain native modules in Swift/Kotlin when needed for React Native integration.
- Stay current with the latest React Native releases, ecosystem libraries, and mobile development trends.

What you have to offer:

- 6+ years of professional software development experience,



with 4+ years in React Native delivering production apps at scale.
- Proficiency in Java Script (ES6+) and Type Script.
- Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, state management (Redux, MobX, or Recoil), and navigation (React Navigation).
- Experience with native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java) development for integrating platform-specific features into React Native.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, Firebase, and mobile security best practices.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure Repos, Git, Gitflow, CI/CD pipelines, and build tools.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Detox, or Appium.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to haves:

- Understanding and experience in Python.
- Experience with performance profiling and optimization in React Native apps.
- Knowledge of GraphQL and Apollo Client.
- Experience with mobile analytics, A/B testing, and feature flagging.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure) for mobile backend integration.
- Understanding of Dev Ops, SRE principles, and mobile app observability (Recent Relic).
