Join the Waterloo Regional Health Network’s Midtown base, focusing on Low Intensity Rehabilitation. You will assess and engage patients in their recovery processes, actively partaking in collaborative efforts with a skilled multidisciplinary team.

This role also includes responsibilities such as program planning, quality management participation, and supervision of therapy personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment strategies
- Collaborate with teams to improve program delivery




- Mentor therapy staff and students in clinical settings
- Assist with providing coverage in different departments
- Engage in quality initiatives and research activities

Requirements:

- Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapist of Ontario
- At least two years of hospital-related experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage independence
- Understanding of legislation and community resources
