Key Responsibilities:

- Cut and prepare vegetables, meats, and fish
- Cook diverse food items following set recipes
- Ensure a clean and organized kitchen space
- Assist Sous Chef with inventory and stock maintenance
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team

Requirements:

- Must have prior cooking experience
- Completion of a culinary program is an asset
- Energetic and self-motivated approach
- Able to work in high-altitude conditions
