Role Description The Stock Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Mills, NM. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory in the stockroom to ensure products are accurately labeled, safely stored, and readily available for the sales floor.

The Stock

Coordinator will perform regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and assist with shipments, transfers, and returns. They will collaborate with store leadership and team members to prioritize stock replenishment, support merchandising needs, and uphold cleanliness, safety, and efficiency standards in all storage areas.



The role also includes using store systems to update stock levels, following company procedures, and supporting peak periods, such as promotions and seasonal changes.

Qualifications

- Strong inventory management and stockroom organization skills, including experience with receiving, counting, and tracking merchandise.
- Ability to operate basic retail systems and tools (e.g., point-of-sale, inventory software, handheld scanners) and learn new processes quickly.
- Solid attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills to prioritize tasks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with store leadership and colleagues in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes, moving stock, and standing or walking for extended periods, in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Previous retail, warehouse, or stock coordination experience is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or retail operations is beneficial.
