iCA (www.ica-immigration.ca) provides a supportive and versatile work environment where we collaborate to provide exceptional service to our clients and community. The company headquarters is located in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario where the team provides immigration and recruitment services to employers and foreign nationals, admission services to Canadian institutions, and integration support services such as job coaching and intercultural training.

We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Workforce Advisor to identify and secure new business clients for our international recruitment and immigration services. The successful candidate will build long-term relationships with employers, assess workforce needs, and coordinate with internal teams to match qualified international candidates with job opportunities. This based role includes client-facing sales, account management, and coordination of recruitment and immigration services in Sault Ste Marie and other Northern Ontario communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as the point of contact for multiple client accounts
- Assess workforce shortages and hiring requirements to recommend solutions that are compliant with immigration and employment laws
- Facilitate candidate matching, interviews, employer feedback, and placement monitoring
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
- Track and report on sales performance, and conversion and retention rates




- Collaborate with internal recruitment and immigration teams to prepare LMIA and work permit applications
- Collect required documents, ensure accuracy and completeness of application packages
- Participate in community engagement activities to promote iCA in target communities

Start date: October 2026

Required Skills

- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, human resources or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills (English or French)
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, social media platforms
- Ontario Driver license and clean driving record
