Support vulnerable adults as a Tenant Support Worker with Lookout Housing and Health Society. This full-time role focuses on providing necessary assistance and education. Located at the Rhoda Kaellis Residence, the Tenant Support Worker reports to the Site Manager.

Your mission will involve working closely with residents to promote stability and independence through tailored support and skills training.

Responsibilities include engaging with tenants and ensuring their basic needs are consistently met. Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in assessments and support services for tenants
- Develop personalized service plans
- Keep detailed statistical records and paperwork
- Oversee collaboration with onsite volunteers
- Adhere to health and safety program standards Requirements:
- Diploma in Community Social Service mandatory
- Two years of relevant experience or equivalent training
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License where applicable
- First Aid and Food Safe Certifications as required
- Criminal Record Clearance for Vulnerable Sector Work to empower tenants in a diverse setting by utilizing your skills and compassion.
