Role Description The Vendor Operations Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Ontario, Canada. This position is responsible for managing relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and monitoring contract compliance.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating vendor schedules, tracking orders and invoices, resolving operational issues, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to support events and initiatives, evaluating vendor performance, and identifying opportunities to improve service quality and cost efficiency. The Coordinator will communicate regularly with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Experience in vendor management, procurement, or operations coordination, with the ability to build and maintain professional vendor relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including experience with tracking orders, managing schedules,



and maintaining detailed records.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, and collaboration software) and comfort working with basic financial or contract data.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners in a clear, professional manner.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and follow through on action items.
- Ability to work on-site in Ontario, Canada, and collaborate in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on community impact.
- Previous experience in nonprofit, event coordination, or community-focused organizations is an asset.
- Relevant post-secondary education in business administration, supply chain, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
