Position: RBC & Simcoe Loading Dock Team Lead

Status: Full Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 0800-1600

Pay Rate: $21.84/hr

Posting: September 18th 2026

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the loading dock team.
- Coordinate loading dock operations, deliveries, and contractor access.
- Maintain a strong customer service presence while interacting with tenants, visitors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with site policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Complete reports, logs, and incident documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Liaise with building management, contractors, and other stakeholders regarding loading dock activities.
- Conduct routine inspections of the loading dock area and address operational concerns.
- Assist with training, coaching, and mentoring team members.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in accordance with site procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

- Must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a strong command and fluency in the English language both written and verbal
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment both indoors and outdoors as required.
- Must demonstrate high attention to detail / observational awareness
- Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence and the ability to work productively and efficiently in a team
- An outstanding teammate with strong interpersonal skills.

Certification Requirements (All)

First Aid and CPR - Level C Certification
Valid Security License
