We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide high-quality, in-home care to seniors and individuals who wish to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.

We offer flexible scheduling, with part time, full-time, and casual opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when required.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other basic household tasks related to the client's care.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, positioning, and safe ambulation.
- Provide medication reminders in accordance with the client's care plan and applicable regulations.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, social activities, and community outings when required.
- Observe and promptly report changes in the client's physical, cognitive, or emotional condition.




- Maintain accurate and timely client documentation and communicate relevant information to the care team.
- Follow individualized care plans, company policies, and health and safety procedures.
- Protect client privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Provide care with compassion, professionalism, dignity, respect, and a strong commitment to client safety.
