WHAT WE NEED IS,

Someone:

Experienced in a kitchen and can rock a line independently.
Eager to be busy.
Outgoing but serious about the product and deadlines.
Able to move stations as needed.

Able to close. We close at various times, 10pm, 11pm and sometimes midnight.

We serve a very unique product with a focus on bold flavours, proper seasoning and strong presentation. We also apply a lot of scratch cooking and various cooking skills to the prep aspect of our service.

Applicants should have the same fundamentals.

We do offer a free meal per day, staff drink prices, benefits for full time, 50% off food on days off, 35% of tips to the kitchen. Ranges from $4 - $6.50 per hour usually.
