Job Title: Snow Removal Driver Company: Snow Bros PTBO Location: Peterborough, ON and surrounding areas Job Type: Seasonal, Full-Time/Part-Time Weather-Dependent Season: November 15, 2026 – April 15, 2027 Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience About the Position Snow Bros PTBO is looking for reliable and responsible Snow Removal Drivers to join our winter operations team for the 2026–2027 snow season. This position requires a strong commitment to the full winter season. Snow removal is weather-dependent, and employees must be available when snowfall requires service, including early mornings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities - Operate a snow removal truck safely and responsibly - Plow assigned residential and commercial properties - Follow assigned routes and service schedules - Respond to snow events as required - Perform basic equipment inspections before and after shifts - Report equipment problems or property issues to management - Maintain professional communication with customers and team members - Assist with additional snow removal duties when required Requirements - Valid driver's licence - Safe and responsible driving habits - Previous snow removal or plowing experience is an asset - Ability to drive in winter conditions - Reliable transportation to and from work - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Physically capable of working outdoors in winter conditions - Reliable availability throughout the winter season - Full-season commitment from November 15 to April 15 is required Schedule Hours will vary depending on snowfall and weather conditions. Availability may be required during: - Early mornings - Overnight snow events - Weekends - Holidays - Short-notice snow events Seasonal Minimum For employees who commit to the full season, a minimum monthly payment arrangement may apply during months when insufficient work hours are available, subject to the terms of the employment agreement. Driver minimum: $1,000/month Chance for Year-Round Work For employees who demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and good performance throughout the winter season, there may be opportunities to continue working with Snow Bros PTBO on other projects and services during the rest of the year.
