Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Collision Estimator with ICBC experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to accurately assess vehicle damages for insurance claims and repair estimates. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and mechanical knowledge are essential for success.

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess the extent of collision repairs needed
- Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates for insurance companies, including ICBC claims
- Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians to coordinate repairs
- Utilize dealership and mechanic experience to evaluate vehicle damage and recommend appropriate repairs
- Upsell additional services or repairs that may benefit the customer while maintaining integrity
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of estimates,



repairs, and customer interactions
- Stay updated on insurance policies, repair procedures, and industry standards related to ICBC claims

Qualifications

- Proven experience as an Automotive Collision Estimator with ICBC experience required
- Dealership experience or mechanic background highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Sales aptitude with experience in upselling services or repairs
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Knowledge of insurance claim procedures, especially ICBC protocols
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy in estimates
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $30.00-$37.50 per hour
