Our dealership is seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as an evening receptionist. This person will be a representative for our company and will operate with the highest level of customer service.

Hours required for this position are as follows;

Monday to Thursday 4pm - 7pm & Saturday 8:45am-5pm

Daily Responsibilities

- Welcome all customers that have incoming calls on the multi-line telephone system in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet customers in the showroom and direct all showroom traffic in a friendly, warm and confident manner.
- Assist accounting and administration with all licensing and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate interviews for the Management team.
- Complete all cash reports, and minor accounting related activities.
- Accept POS payments, and maintain vehicle key control systems.




- Assist with the receipt and stocking in of inventory vehicles.
- Filing and document organization as required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 24.0 per week
