We provide high‑quality automotive detailing, fleet cleaning, and heavy‑equipment washing. We are looking for skilled, reliable individuals who take pride in their work and can maintain our high standards.
Position Summary
We are hiring experienced detailers and power‑washing technicians. This role includes interior/exterior detailing, machine polishing, cutting compound work, and power washing of commercial fleets and heavy equipment. Applicants must be able to work independently, follow instructions, and deliver consistent, high‑quality results.
Schedule Options
- Full‑time (Monday–Friday)
- For experienced detailers or fast learners who meet standards during the trial period.
- Part‑time → Full‑time (Weekends)
Starts part‑time with potential to move into full‑time based on performance and reliability.
- Flexible Availability Preferred
Applicants able to work some weekends or mix weekday/weekend shifts will be prioritized.Workload: Year‑round, steady work. Slow weeks are uncommon. Reliable workers receive priority hours.
Responsibilities
- Perform full interior and exterior detailing
- Power wash vehicles, fleets, and heavy machinery
- Use professional tools, chemicals, and equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work workplace
- Follow company procedures and quality standards
- Communicate professionally with clients when required
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines
Experience Required (Please Read Before Applying)
We are only hiring experienced detailers at this time.
No beginners. No casual applicants.
Applicants selected for interviews will complete a hands‑on skills test covering:
- Cutting compounds & proper correction technique
- Polishing and machine control
- Wax removal, prep, and finishing
- Product knowledge & workflow efficiency
If you cannot demonstrate real experience, you will not move forward.
Trial Period – 3 Months
All new hires complete a 3‑month trial period.
- Workers who meet company standards, learn quickly, and produce consistent quality will move into permanent positions
- Those unable to follow instructions or maintain quality will not continue

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year detailing or power‑washing experience (preferred)
- Skilled with cutting compounds, polishing, and wax removal
- Valid driver’s licence (required)
- Reliable transportation (gas reimbursement available)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Physically capable of labor‑intensive tasks
- Able to work indoors/outdoors in all weather
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- English language proficiency
