- Preparing various types of sushi, including maki (rolls), nigiri, and sashimi.
- Making other Japanese dishes such as tempura, teriyaki, and miso soup.
- Expertly cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish.
- Developing and implementing current menu items and specials.
- Ensuring ingredient quality by selecting fresh fruits, vegetables, and fish.
- Managing inventory and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Works alongside their team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
