Join our dynamic team as a Full Time Class 3 Tow Operator, where you will play a vital role in providing efficient and reliable vehicle recovery and towing services. This energetic position requires a proactive attitude, mechanical aptitude, and excellent customer service skills to assist drivers in need and ensure smooth operations. You will operate specialized tow trucks, perform vehicle assessments, and deliver exceptional service to our clients while maintaining safety and professionalism at all times.

Duties

- Operate Class 3 tow trucks safely and efficiently to recover, transport, and deliver vehicles in various conditions.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damage, mechanical issues, or safety concerns before towing.
- Provide outstanding customer service by communicating clearly with clients, drivers, and dispatch teams during recovery operations.
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues or assist with automotive repairs when necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, including details of recoveries, destinations, and any incidents.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during vehicle recovery and roadside assistance to protect yourself and others.




- Assist with equipment maintenance, including routine inspections of tow trucks and related tools to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

- Valid Class 3 driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with automotive repair skills to handle minor repairs or diagnostics on-site.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to remain calm, professional, and helpful in stressful situations.
- Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment is a plus but not mandatory; training can be provided.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to towing operations and roadside assistance is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $18.25-$39.07 per hour

Expected hours: 50.0 – 70.0 per week
