Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal. Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities.
- Construct, install, and repair frameworks such as walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, and cabinetry using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks for foundations, sidewalks, or other structures requiring concrete work.
- Install siding, drywall, and other exterior or interior finishes to meet project specifications.
- Conduct restoration projects by repairing existing structures or surfaces damaged over time.




- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

- Proven experience in carpentry or construction with a robust understanding of woodworking techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels, levels, and measuring devices; familiarity with power tools including drills and saws.
- Knowledge of drywall installation and finishing processes.
- Physical strength for heavy lifting, climbing ladders or scaffolding, and working in various weather conditions.
- Additional skills such as welding or siding installation are a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
